Nowadays, lymphoma is one of the ten malignant tumors, which seriously threatens people’s health. Lymphoma is easy to metastasis so it enhances the difficulties of treatment. However, it is not untreatable. Only when doctors find a suitable therapy, can condition be controlled. TONG PEAV from Cambodia is a good case of it.

On October, 2014, TONG PEAV had gotten a cold for a long time and felt fatigue. When he went to doctors, the inspection showed that there was a polypus in his nasal cavity. He was not confident to the local medical treatment, so he flied to Thailand for further inspection, and was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal lymphoma. He refused all the medical suggestions given by the local doctors. Later he knew Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou from his younger sister where she had have received lung cancer therapies there and given good efficacy. Thus, TONG PEAV decided to go to Guangzhou for therapy. Under consultation of MDT, doctors determined suitable remedial strategy for TONG PEAV, which was based on interventional therapy.

On October 23, 2014, after taking first interventional therapy, the condition became better than before. The nose was clean and problem of difficult breath was solved. He took subsequent second and third interventional therapies and his body turned into a great condition. He became more energetic and was with ruddy face. Most importantly, his tumor was gone. So far, the condition of TONG PEAV was in good control and was discharged from hospital. He just needed to take periodic review every three months.
